Abstract

Yoga is an ancient, which originated in India. The word yoga is derived from the ‘Sanskrit root’ ‘Yuj’ meaning to join or ‘to unite’. Yoga is an ancient art but in present situation it is more relevant than ever. It has many net rewards that help live a healthy and happy life. Yoga helps remove negative blocks from the human mind and toxins from the body, enhances personal power, promotes self-healing Yoga asans build strength, flexibility and confidence. Regular practice of yoga can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
