Abstract

As all we know in today’s modern life how importantly physical fitness is going to be a very important aspect of our day to day life. Physical Fitness is does not mean only physical Fitness , Physical fitness include Mental Fitness , Social Fitness , Health Fitness & Physical Fitness. Physical Activity is beneficial for our self esteem. Little Children doing any activity that is a Physical Activity and that activity is very important for building up self esteem of children.
