Abstract

 Lifestyles affect people’s health with eating habits and regular physical activity.Yoga is not a religion.  It is the method by which one obtain control of one’s latent power, stress and strain of physical as well as mental distraction yoga has the surest remedies for mans physical as well as psychological elements.  It makes the organs of body active in their suctioning and has good effect on internal functioning of the human body.  Yoga is a re-education of one’s mental processes along with physical.  The concept of physical fitness has undergone radical change during last century.
