Abstract

The society intertwines with mass media and pop culture. The impact of social and mass media can be projected both in positive and negative ways. Mass media not only offers entertainment, information and but also collapses one’s life. The current society nullifies the essence of dictated culture and installs popular culture. This modern culture aims at people’s pleasure and relaxation. It instructs one’s to receive the world of fantasy through music, television, movie and newspaper. On the other hand, society believes media blindly but fails to hear the voice of justice. It turns human voice into voiceless and abolishes their life. AravindParashar’sMessed Up! But All for Love depicts mass media’s plus and minus sides and describes media as truth-teller. The paper furthermore analyses media’s different faces and its power to turn down one’s life.
