Abstract

The customer plays a vital role in every organisation without customer the organisation cannot sell the product or render services in the market. Maintaining the rapport between the customer has becoming a rigorous task of every organisation. As, because man is an wanting animal, if one of his need is satisfied and another need will arise. So, needs, wants, desire of the customer will keep on switching day by day. It is more important to know about the switching minds of customer to the organisation. The effective relationship between the customer and the banks depends on understanding of different needs of customer at different stages.
