Abstract

Information Technology is overwhelming all around the world creating huge transformations in various aspects of day-to-day life. In India, also, the technological development during the recent years has led to tremendous changes thereby enhancing the economy of the country considerably. A telecommunication service has also grown rapidly. It can also be witnessed that mobile phones have become an integral part of every individual’s life except a very meager percentage of people. Such is the impact that the mobile network has created among the public. But this success on the long run highly depends on the satisfaction that the customers possess on the usage of the mobile networks. Hence there arises a need to assess and understand whether the service providers meet the customer’s wants and expectations. This paper is an attempt to focus on the customers’ satisfaction level.
