Abstract
Rajrappa is the one of the pious place for Hindu Pilgrims. It is also an important pilgrim center for the Santal Tribals as they immerse ashes of their loved ones in the river and use to sing a folk song referred as "Thel Kopi Ghat" (Water Ghat) and they use oil after bathing in month of December[1]. This place is the one of the most important tourists attraction center of Jharkhand and attracts more than thousands of pilgrims daily from different parts of the country. The people of Jharkhand use this famous Shaktipith [2] as Picnic Spot also. The market having vegetables, food, cooking materials, groceries, fruits and milks nearby this Shaktipith is also available.
