Abstract
Womenis the most influensive factor of the Indian society but the brutal or the barbaric irony is that women’s dignified life is being affected in a most gruesome and savage manner. Infact the Right to Reproduction of the Women Masses in large are being badly infringed under the arrangement of surrogacy. The malpractices of surrogacy have lead women to become a breeder in terms of money and child as an object of exchange. The exploitative surrogacy has let down the beautiful capacity of women of giving birth. The researcher in the paper wants to enlighten the readers on surrogacy laws, parties to surrogacy, kinds of surrogacy and social and legal issues related to surrogacy. The main object of this paper is to stop the exploitation against women by surrogacy agencies.
