Abstract
Fundamental analysis is carried out with the past data collected for the Bajaj Auto. It helps to understand the factors which contribute more for the fluctuation of the share prices. The fundamental analysis is done on the economy, market and company point of view. The analysis has specifically identified the fluctuations in the share price. It has also identified the reasons and the debt of the reason by the share price movement. The study will give an idea to an investor about the various reasons and its impact on the share prices.
