Abstract
As we all know online learning has taken an important place in the education system. Every day, Schools and teachers are facing problems and challenges in view of rising expectancy and demands for higher quality learning experiences. This paper highlights the new or innovative pedagogic ideas in at senior secondary level. Objective of teaching is not just limited to memorize the facts and principles, besides this aim are to make students competent to apply the concepts in new situations. Traditional Methods of teaching like lecture method, questioning technique, discussion with the students are not enough to develop the higher order thinking skills of the students. Innovation in methodology is required. Blended learning and flipped learning are some new innovations which can be done to make the learning of the students permanent and effective.
