Abstract
In India, environmental problems have attracted the attention of a wide cross section of people especially during the past three decades. People are becoming increasingly conscious of a variety of problems like global warming, acid rain, floods, earthquakes, scarcity of fuel, fodder and firewood, pollution of air, water soil hazardous chemicals and radiation which have adverse effects on environment. The status of man's health represents the result of complex interactions between his internal biological system and the total external environmental system. The present paper made an attempt to analyse the impact of environmental pollution and human health in Nagercoil town.
