Abstract
Education is considered as the most powerful instrument of social change and development and means of reducing inequality in the society. The purpose of this study was to identify and highlight the Educational status and its impact on Schedule Caste people among Tirunelveli district. The aim of the study is to study the educational status of Schedule Caste people in Tirunelveli District and to study the impact of education to Schedule Caste people in Tirunelveli District. The study based on primary and secondary data. In this study sample size of 200 respondents was selected with the help of simple random sampling of the study.
