Abstract

India's retail sector is the fastest-growing sector in the Indian economy. Big Bazaar is part of the Future Group, owned by Mr. Kishore Biyani, a hypermarket chain in India. The main aim of this study is to determine the overall consumer attitude towards the big bazaar, to calculate the level of satisfaction attained by the shoppers at Big Bazaar and to examine the customer's purchasing behavior. This study is based on the primary data collected from big bazaar customers in Davangere City. Secondary information from the Literature Review. For the purpose of the study, 50 samples are considered to be pooled by a standardized questionnaire. Here the descriptive statistics and chi square test has been used. Detailed analysis of customer satisfaction and attitude towards Big Bazaar has been made.
