Abstract

Stress is considered to be an integral part of one’s life, especially as the pace of development of increases. Work is a common term which is applied for all sorts of occupation. It is a basic condition for most of people and is an important component of the atmosphere for human survival.  The impact of stress on human health is widely recognized. It is a universal principle that people have the right to the highest attainable standards of health. Without health at work a person cannot contribute to society and achieve well being. If health at work is threatened, there is no basis for productive employment and socio-economic development.
