Abstract
Entrepreneurship is the art of starting a business basically a start-up company offering creative product process or service we can say that it is an activity full of creativity an entrepreneur perceives everything has an chance and display bias in taking decision to exploit the chance .
An entrepreneur is a creator or a designer who designs new ideas and business processes according to the market requirements and his or her own passion to be a successful entrepreneur. The term empowerment refers to measures designed to increase the degree of autonomy and self-determination in people and in communities in order to enable them to represent their interests in a responsible and self determined way acting on their own authority.
