Abstract
Human resource management is the process of managing people in organization in a structured and thorough manner. As the modern business facing pressures of globalization the roles and responsibilities of Human Resources Departments are transforming year to year. The global supply of talent is short of its long-term demand, and the gap is a challenge for employers everywhere.
