Abstract
Invention of money became the foundation stone for the modern commerce system. Payment system for various commerce transactions started from barter system where goods were exchanged for goods to E-Payment system where one can make the payment using a simple electronic gadget anytime anywhere. With the introduction of E-Wallets and Digital Wallets in E-Payment system, transacting with the money became even easier as the Smart phones and internet has become the necessity in the modern era. The researchers have chosen Mangaluru City for their study on Consumer perception onE-Wallet and Digital Wallet in E-Payment system. The study is based on the primary data which were collected through distribution of questionnaires and is based on consumer point of view.
