Abstract

Emotions are natural characteristics of human beings.  Behaviour of a human being is greatly influenced by his / her moods and impulses.  So it is of great challenge to Human Resource department to handle emotions of employees on the field so as to extract a regulated behaviour all over and throughout.  The term Emotional Intelligence was coined in the early 1990s gained attentions of business leaders in a short span of time  and have become very popular and  a major issue  to be taken care of in any organisation.
