Abstract
It has been examined that from last quarter of the movement of Women’s in economic development is well reorganised. The constitution also assures for all that, such as justice, social, economic, political and also catering towards equality in status and opportunity for women’s in our country. Man and women are the two wings of a bird. A bird cannot fly with one wing alone. If one of the wings is weak the bird cannot soar high. In the same way society cannot progress and prosper if women are neglected and discriminated. Our dreams and hopes of progress as a human society cannot take place unless all individuals are given equal opportunity and space to grow and excel. We have to realize that economic development of a country can take place only when women are brought into the mainstream of economic development.
