Abstract
‘Career’ and ‘Parenting’ are the two sides of a same coin for a teaching mother. Being a biological mother of her children, it’s her right, duty and obligation to look after the physical, mental and psychological well-being of the child as per the law of nature. Being a mother adds more responsibilities in a mother’s life and makes a more matured. No one in this world can replace a mother for the child nor there can be any perfect alternative to replace her. Her child becomes her priority. But at the same time she cannot sacrifice her career too.
If a mother is a teacher in any institution, she needs to give justice to her students, their parents, the institution in which she serves, the society as well as her career, which she has always been dreamt about right from her childhood and which motivates her to keep going.
