Abstract
A healthy productive organization is one in which constructive and share positive attitude towards the purpose of their job and the identification of their job with role or objective of their organization. If the people employed in an organization are well looked after and understood, if their needs are studied and met then they are the people who are such a source of strength that can take the organization to magnanimous heights of glory and achievements to instill healthy atmosphere in their organization.
