Abstract

The intent of this paper is to determine the relationship between the work climate and job satisfaction of the employee. The design of this study is a quantitative design, using questionnaires that assess the work climate and the level of job satisfaction. 40 participants were selected randomly and asked to fill the questionnaires from the organizational sector, 20 from Toronto, Canada and 20 from Mumbai, India. One of the several tasks for a corporate is to gratify its employees in order to handle the ever-changing environment and to attain success.
