Abstract

The present study has been designed to investigate the effects of callisthenic exercise on the basal metabolic rate and body mass index. For Accomplish the study a total 30 male participant were randomly selected for the callisthenic training. One group pre-post design was adopted for the present study, no control was selected. The data was collected in three phase’s pre, intermediate and post phase. To find out the effects callisthenic exercise on selected parameters repeated measure ANONA was performed.
