Abstract
In today’s business world, the word ethics is not only limited to the individual own interest or perception but it has become an inseparable & important part of business which gave a platform to run business fairly and successfully. Business Ethics is a system of moral principles applied in commercial world. As we know that business can run only by the use of various resources like land, labor, capital etc. In this paper an attempt is made to state the significance of business ethics for human resource which is essential pillar for business to remain stand & stable. Currently this precious work force is facing problems to balance their work and life in an appropriate manner. Business ethics can work as a vital tool to manage work and life of an individual working with them or the common people of the society from whom actually they are earning. This paper will reveal the importance of business ethics not only for corporate sustainable profit but also to achieve work life balance with the initiatives taken by an organizations ethical code of conduct.
