Abstract
The management education is coming in demand day by day and this is particularly after the changes which are coming in the private sectors, internationalization of the companies and the liberalization. Management education is able to provide and educate everything which is needed to one to become a best manager and it is able to develop all the skills needed for the betterment of an organization. In the present study a sample of 219 professionals has been considered through a structured questionnaire designed on five point interval scale. Mean, t test and chi square test was used to analyse the data. Through this study it is found that the management education is effectively developing the skills in the professional as they says that I can easily handle the work pressure at my workplace and I can easily handle and solve a problem and can give solution to others also and Management education had develop skill of writing good presentations and along with these they also says that by using my communication skills I can present any situation in a better way and it is also concluded that the management education shows the significant role of skills developed in the Professionals for their workplace.
