Abstract
In decision making Gender parity is always inspected in the perspective of whether women are in situation to undertake or persuade decisions relating to citizen as compared to males. The political forces now in power demonstrate insufficient understanding and lack of acceptance of the gender equality concept and its advantages for society. The main aim of any political person is to make sure about representing the citizen of country and to safeguard the interests of citizens and of certain provincial, cultural, spiritual, or socio-demographic groups.
