Abstract
The paper illustrates the various elements that help in facilitating the turnaround of an organization. A company is seen to adapt to a similar strategy when it has received a failure in the past and seeks to implement ways to improvise it. The study scrutinizes the strategies taken up by firms from different sectors, empirically and infuses them together for a better understanding. The research assists the policy makers, entrepreneurs, educators and leaders to accept methods in order to maintain financial stability in their business. It also portrays the ways through which there can be a retrench and recovery method implemented in case of failing administration at power distribution companies in Karnataka.
