Abstract

The present study aims to find out the social, Emotional and physical problems of students studying in normal schools in cuddalore districts. The social, Emotional and Physical problem scale was constructed and validated by the investigator has been used to collect data from 1384 students studying in various schools of cuddalore districts. Out of the total sample 1384, 248 students were identified as slow learners, 934 were identified average students and 202 students were identified high average students by adapted IQ test constructed and validated by Gnanadevan, R (2016). The results of the analysis of data indicate the level of social, emotional and physical problem is high for the slow learners. It further indicates that the social problem is high, the emotional and physical problem is low for the average learners. It is also indicate the social, emotional and physical problem is low the high average learners.
