Abstract
In this research author examines the Amazon consumers’ satisfaction level in and around the area of thoothukudi district. Thoothukudi is the well developing city which holds different kinds of consumers. The focus of this study is to find out whether there is any relationship between geographical factors of the consumers' and their satisfaction on Amazon or not. The researcher interviewed 80 respondents with the scheduled questionnaire to collect the data. To test the research hypothesis Chi square test were used. It was found that consumers' geographical factors do not play significant roles in their satisfaction about Amazon.
