Abstract
In the present era of economic and social development women are the equal contributor in all respects, and women are even taking lead in some selected areas. It is not so that the women are only taking part rather they are contributing economically as well, the growth of GDP and rate of economic development is the answer to the same. The BPOs use to operate in odd shifts, in lieu of the same there are minimum number of females who are willing to work in night shifts or other type of off shifts. As a matter of fact there are a number of issues involved, like females who are married or having children are liable to take care of family issues and support their families, then the orientation of the in-laws and other social barriers are also responsible for the same.
