Abstract
Scientifically and technologically, Forensic Science is the leading solution for solving the most critical cases recorded in the past and the present. Forensic risk assessment, digital advancement and enhancement of analyzing skills have expanded the scope of crime investigation techniques. The Law enforcing body too considers the result of forensic investigation as the most essential part of evidence. Hence, the technology implemented is the vital fragment of investigation. On the other hand, this progress has an adverse effect too. The criminals too have evolved in their techniques with the advancement of science and technology. The irony is the adoption of the advanced techniques in India is very less due to the corrupt facilities. This has created a complex circumstance for the forensic scientists to scrutinize more effectively.
