Abstract

Access to safe water is a fundamental human need and a basic human right. Water is the essence of life, without water human being can’t live. It plays a vital role in nearly every function of body. Protecting the immune system, natural defenses and helping remove waste matter from the body. According to Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, “Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and wellbeing of health of himself and of his family” At the beginning of the 21st century the report has been published in Global Water Supply and Sanitation Assessment-2000, “460 million people are currently suffering from serious water shortage.Almost 70% of the 1.3 billion people living in extreme poverty are women and according toHuman Development Report 2006 -Water is the world’s second biggest killer of children.
