Abstract
Pollution is the major threat in most of regions in the world. It leads to environmental degradation for which environmental problem like global warming is increasing day by day. India is also witnessing the environmental pollution due to rapid economic growth and insufficient implementation of environmental pollution control measures. Using the data of air pollution of various states of India we tried to assess the air pollution scenario of Indian states. We also tried to analyze the share of various components to air pollution. In findings we ranked the Indian states from the least to the most polluted states and showed the share of SO2, NO2 & PM10 in air pollution through Pie diagram.
