Abstract
The word Trans Gender is not been taken with proud in the society. The persons were not disclosing this information due to social stigma. Again these people were been mostly kept away from the socially prestigious sphere. Today the transgender community is no more the community who claps and sings onstreets but has progressed tremendously. Some of the notable people from thiscommunity include India’sfirst transgender judge of a LokAdalat, JoyitaMondal; India's first Trans Beauty Queen Nitasha Biswas and MadhuBaiKinnar, the mayor of the city ofRaigarh in Chattisgarh. These people got this opportunity due their awareness about the law and rights and they are representatives of an educated and modern classof Trans Genders. However, this social transformation is limited to only few peopleand many other from the community are struggling to live a decent life even today.
