Abstract
Case studies of the mothers were conducted in Rampur district of Uttar Pradesh. Mother having their child admitted at Nutrition Rehabilitation Center at district hospital Rampur were studied. The objective of the study was to understand the belief and perceptions of the mothers regarding the adoption of infant young child feeding practices. Two case studies were conducted to analyze the perspective of mothers and to find out the reasons of getting their child in undernourishment.
