Interdisciplinary National Conference on Challenges Before Indian Constitution
Interdisciplinary National Conference on Challenges Before Indian Constitution
Organized by: Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College, Urun-Islampur, Maharashtra
About the Conference:
It is a one-day interdisciplinary national conference on 'Challenges before Indian Constitution'. The study of the Indian Constitution is not only a part of political science, but other social sciences have been also their different perspective on the study of the Indian Constitution. The journey of the Indian Constitution begins from January 26th 1950 and completes at 70 years. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was the chief architect of the constitution who played role of the Chairman of the Drafting Committee. In Parliamentary democracy, constitution comes above the parliament. The constitution is a legal framework in which fundamental political principles are defined. It also narrates the structure, procedures, powers, and duties of the Government institution. It also ponders over fundamental rights, directive principles, and duties of the citizens. As compared to the content of other nations' constitutions, it is the world's largest constitution. The constitution is nothing but a basic structure of the Government and governance. The program and policies are also formulated by the government with the help of the constitution. The constitution has proved itself conceptually and contributes to form the welfare state . It also protects the rights of socially deprived groups. The various constitutional amendments have been amended in connection with land reforms, gender issues, child welfare, education, the welfare of labour, health care and the environment. These amendments are in the interest of the poor to make their life meaningful. The true empowerment is far away and nowadays there are so many challenges before Indian constitution like creation of new states, judicial corruption, violation of fundamental rights, religious fundamentalism, discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, sex, heredity, birthplace, etc. so to achieve the dignity and empowerment of every citizen and especially deprived sections of Indian society there is much more discussion to be come out.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Innovation refers to creating more effective processes, products, and ideas. For a business, it
could mean implementing new ideas, improving services or creating dynamic products. It can act
as a catalyst that can make a business grow and can help it adapt in the marketplace.By
innovation, we mean changing business model and making changes in the existing environment
to deliver better products or services. Successful innovation should be a part of business strategy,
where we can create a culture of innovation and make a way for creative thinking. It can also
create more efficient processes that can result in better productivity and performance.
Innovation is exploiting new ideas leading to the creation of a new product, process or service. It is not
just the invention of new idea that is significant, but it is actually important to bring this innovation in the
market and put it into practice in a manner that leads to new products, services or systems that add more
value or improve the quality. Innovation also involves technology transformation and management
restructuring. Innovation exploits new technology by employing out-of-the-box thinking to generate new
value and to bring about significant changes in the society.
This conference is our attempt to provide a platform to the upcoming experts in order to update them
about the latest development in the field of commerce, management, computer science and application
